**What will you do?**

As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead construction site teams and contractors across the full site and ensure work is being delivered safely, on time, to budget and work is of a high quality.
- Assist the Project Manager and managing sizable teams of direct management roles, labour and sub-contractors.
- Implement, drive and monitor project planning, management and quality assurance on site.
- Meet construction programme, critical paths and key target dates.
- Communicate at all levels with site staff and our consultants to meet project timelines.
- Be responsible for managing the overall logistics, program and contractors of the site and supporting the project team (foreman and safety etc) to achieve a successful outcome.
- Lead and coach the teams

**Who are you?**
- Have extensive experience on large-scale construction (multi-story) projects involving substantial, foundations, precast, structure and fit-out work
- Be trade qualified working your way up from the tools
- A team player - you value contributing to the success of those around you more than your personal achievements
- An experienced Senior Site Manager who has delivered multi-million dollar commercial or multi-unit residential projects at a construction contractor
- You enjoy leading people and are as passionate about their development as you are about delivering great buildings
- You are flexible and adaptable and adjust your style to work effectively with different people
- You value people, kindness and strong teams, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
- You strive for excellence; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature and you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road
