As part of the Leadership Team at Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka you will be responsible for retail stock replenishment and leading a team of people focussed on delivering efficient and accurate stock fill, stock management and merchandising in order to enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with retail, stock and merchandising teams to understand daily priorities, plan resource and work with the team on executing while ensuring business standards remain at a high level.

**You will bring;**
- An ability to engage and inspire a diverse team
- Understanding of merchandising and stock processes is prefered
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a high work ethic
- A drive to continually improve processes and develop your team
- Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and teach others
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Familiarity with computers and mobile devices
