**Recruitment Advisor** who will play an integral role in the delivery of an exceptional attraction and recruitment service, specialising in high volume support role.
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role requires someone with plenty of energy who has a passion for recruitment, proactive sourcing and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working across a business critical portfolio.
Our recruitment team prides itself on being supportive, down-to-earth, and most importantly has a sense of humour.Whilst this is no walk-in-the-park role, you will always feel comfortable in bringing your true self to work.

- Help us make a difference through your end-to-end recruitment, pro-active search and stakeholder management experience.
- Be part of a friendly, caring team who play an integral role in enriching the lives of our society’s most vulnerable.
**What about you**
- You’re a real go getter with a ‘can do’ attitude who loves working in an agile culture that’s growing and evolving.
- **At least 2 years’ experience** within agency or internal recruitment, **including end-to-end recruitment of **high-volume** positions**.
- An affinity with technology and all things digital.
