With our opening date set for November 2024, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join the team. As a department leader, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.

**The Role**:
As Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of the frontline team. Here, customers have the most contact with our team and we’re focused on creating an awesome customer experience, which we need your help to create
- Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for.
- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running across checkouts, lotto, online and customer service.
- Ensure all customers’ needs are met and they receive the highest quality customer service.
- Complete rosters, conduct performance reviews, and training.
- Setting the standards and ensuring they are met day in and day out.
- Build relationships with the wider team and management to get the very best results.
- Ensuring the responsible sale of alcohol.

**What are we looking for**:

- Proven customer service experience at a supervisory level is advantageous.
- LCQ and/or Managers Certificate and experience selling alcohol is preferred but we can help you get it
- Great people skills and people leadership potential.
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Sound computer literacy and keen to learn and use the latest technology.
- Previous duty manager or sole charge experience advantageous.
