**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Thai dishes, including curries, stir-fries, soups, and salads.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to minimize food waste and control costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
- Monitor inventory and communicate with the Head Chef or purchasing team regarding ingredient needs.
- Adapt to special dietary requests or customer preferences when required.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff or apprentices in Thai cooking techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef specialising in Thai cuisine (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, herbs, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
