New Zealand Home Support North Charitable Trust Full time

We are a busy, well established, Home & Community Support Provider in Northland, with offices in Whangarei and Kerikeri from where we co-ordinate and monitor services to older and disabled Clients in the community.

We are seeking a self-motivated person who will be office/home based as a Coordinator Support helping with Client services plus After Hours Monitoring during weekends. You will be working primarily with our Care~Call Client rostering system as well as using Microsoft Office suite so you will need to have excellent computer skills. Great communication and people skills are paramount for this role.

Your will have an awareness and/or experience of health environments and home based community services. In this role, you will provide support to Clients and Support Workers outside normal working hours.

This role would require you to work with the team during the week in the office to cover holiday/sick leave for Support Workers. Ideally, you can adapt to work from home independently After hours and we will provide you with a laptop and mobile phone as needed.

You will need to have reliable and fast home broadband connection to access your remote desktop. After training you should be able to work remotely without supervision when needed and will be tech savvy with high regard for privacy and confidentiality.

Other necessary attributes that you will need to be - empathetic, disciplined, reliable and dedicated with a positive Can Do attitude.

Qualifications are less important than ability and experience to fill the role if you are supportive, professional and a friendly team player this could be the role for you.

**Orientation and training will be provided for a smooth transition into the role.
