**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Safeguard the value of ATS shareholders.
- Compile monthly reports and analyze deviations from the budget.
- Reconcile accounts on the balance sheet.
- Manage reconciliations and payments for IRD/RWT/Income Tax.
- Supervise routine bank reconciliations.
- Assist the finance department with administrative tasks.
- Complete submissions for the Department of Statistics.
- Uphold internal control procedures.
- Enforce credit control policies and oversee overdue debtor management.
- Process non-Retail Supplier Invoices and ensure payment accuracy.
- Address supplier reconciliations and resolve inquiries.
- Aid in clerical duties and special initiatives within the Finance Team.
**About You**:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting.
- Skill in cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders, including financial partners, auditors, IT vendors, and tax authorities.
- Competence in utilizing company systems and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong prioritization skills and a proactive team spirit.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated to upholding high standards, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exemplary professionalism in both work approach and presentation.
- Adept at collaborating within a team while also possessing independent capabilities.
