We believe everyone should be able to live a fully independent life and be an active part of their community. Here at Enliven, we help older people and those with disabilities or recovering from injuries to be well at home and out in the community.

We are looking for Experienced Support Workers (working in clients homes) for their Solutions Team. This involves providing cover for Support Workers who are on sick leave or annual leave and means that you will be rostered in advance to provide cover for annual or sick leave so a flexible nature is a must have for this role.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Health, Disability & Aged Care
- You have a New Zealand full or restricted clean drivers licence and your own transport
- You can work Tuesday to Saturday (Split Shifts)
- You enjoy helping people
- You are eligible to work in NZ

**What we offer you**:

- NZQA qualifications and support with your training
- Depending on your qualifications, the pay rate is $22.75 - $27.00 per hour
- You have a permanent contract with guaranteed hours
- Great mileage allowance for travel between clients
- You have access to free counselling support and advice through the Employee Assistance Programme
