Paydock is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our global team. As a valued member of the team, you'll report directly to the Tech Lead, to provide IT Support across the organization and help automate and secure our processes and tooling. Capable of owning the onboarding / offboarding process, and also troubleshooting software / hardware-related issues with company devices if needed.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Fully owning the onboarding and offboarding process, effectively enrolling new devices on to the company's security controls.
- Ideally experienced with the following: Miradore (MDM), Netskope (DLP) & Malwarebytes (EDR).
- Create dedicated IT Wiki pages containing How-to-guides, SOPs and policies, along with automated reports using JQL. This implies documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests whenever necessary. Documentation is your best friend.
- Monitoring and Evolving: Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics. This naturally leads into keeping the company's IT Asset Management (Snipe IT) up to date.
- Enhance the onboarding process flow by leveraging OKTA SCIM user provisioning where applicable.
- Managing the company's Atlassian site (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management), creating custom request types and complex workflows for other teams, facilitate user access & permissions.
- Working with VPN products such as Wireguard, Open VPN, and Pritunl.
- Implement other solution systems (SMS alert, routings, etc).
- Providing IT assistance to staff and customers while being compliant with SLAs, resolving logged errors promptly.
- Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.

- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid.
- Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
