As a member of the Yacht Operations division within Yacht Management, you will be essential in ensuring a prestigious selection of managed superyachts and crew adhere to maritime compliance regulatory requirements and maintain all relevant certification in accordance with the Yacht Management contractual scope of services. With your extensive knowledge of maritime compliance, you will provide audit support to the team by attending yacht visits where you will play a key role in promoting the effective use of Y.CO systems. Through the course of your daily duties, you will also assist the Crew Employer with crew HR deliverables such as payroll and leave monitoring. With your can-do attitude and strong attention to detail you will thrive as a mentor for junior team members by assisting with training. By utilising your strong communication skills, you will enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic team environment as well as building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**About You**

You are thorough with a keen eye for detail and are comfortable handling a wide range of data.

You are highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

You thrive working independently but equally enjoy being part of a team

You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English

**Qualifications**

3 years’ relevant experience within the yachting industry essential
