Content Strategist

STORM is looking for a forward thinking Content Strategist to join our head office team in Ponsonby Auckland.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years in Content Management and Marketing and Communications
- Content Management or Marketing & Communications background

**Required Skills**:

- Fashion experience a bonus but not a prerequisite for this role.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO, SEM (adwords), digital display and Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Customer service focussed
- Polished communication and presentation
- Inter-personal skills and relationship management skills
- High-level of written & verbal communication
- Proven success in planning, developing and executing marketing projects that deliver against marketing and digital media strategies
- Track record of digital communications ecommerce and marketing success to audiences; in womens fashion, brand awareness and alliance. B2C ecommerce sales and targeting.
- Call to action communications via graphic design (can use photoshop)
- Strong understanding of the consumer buying physics
- Good understanding of the social media environment
- Digital project management experience
- EMD experience with understanding off building brand loyalty or converting to sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong voice in engagement with client customers
- Website analytics monitoring feedback and reporting - including active communication with all internal stakeholders
- Building and developing internal relationships with audiences, using the highest level of customer service
- Engage in appropriate distribution channels channels for division
- Increase and optimise website visits, setting up optimising pages driving towards stronger sales results.

- Copywriting
- Create site sections and pages to meet targeted audiences
- Reporting and strategic analysis
- Meet set ecommerce sales targets
