Customer Onboarding Specialist

ezyVet provides **premium cloud-based practice and workflow management software solutions** to veterinary businesses across the globe. Our intuitive and innovative **ezyVet and Vet Radar** software transform the way our customers manage their clinics, specialist centres, hospitals, or universities by giving them more time and the tools to better care for our furry friends.

Global demand for our product continues to blow up in a big way and so does our dedication to growing our delivery capability. We're looking for 2 more Junior Project Coordinators to join our Auckland team

Our Customer Onboarding Specialists or Implementation Specialists, are responsible for successfully onboarding our new customers to our software. Everything from the first kick off meeting, to working with the data team to make sure data conversion is running successfully, to building a relationship with the veterinary clinic to find out their pain points and workflows. You'll configure an ezyVet software site specific to the clinics needs, and when they're ready to 'go live' you'll travel onsite for their go live week to train them on how to use the software.

The Implementation Team facilitates project and change management at its best, initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.

**As an Implementation Specialist you'll be**:

- Travelling across the globe training our customers on the software. Travel for business isn't an easy gig, and this role requires a significant amount of it (approx. 2 weeks onsite per month). Please take careful consideration of the travel component before applying
- Based in our Auckland office when not travelling when not travelling, leading training and configuration webinars
- Managing multiple projects across different time zones with varying requirements.
- Collaborating with our development team to help craft the software and prioritize features and fix releases.
