We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Bakery Assistant to join our fantastic Bakery team. If you’re energetic, reliable and enjoy working in a busy, dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect role for you. **The days and hours are**: Tuesday to Saturday 5am-1:30pm

Our Bakery department is a cornerstone of our Fresh Foods Court, known for top-quality bakes, expert product knowledge, and friendly service. We pride ourselves on delivering an experience that keeps our customers coming back.

**Your day to day**:

- Packaging and labelling our delicious bakery products ready to go on the shelves
- Putting finishing touches on sweet products - such as icing biscuits, buns, cakes (full training is provided)
- Working efficiently and staying organised while managing your own workload
- Completing daily tasks and communicating effectively with the team
- Maintaining excellent food safety and health and safety standards at all times
- Using initiative to prioritise tasks and plan your day

**What we need from you**:

- Excellent customer service and communication
- A strong work ethic - hard work and hustle is a requirement for this role
- The ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kg
- Great presentation skills and high attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
