**Tēnei tūranga - About the Role**:
We are looking for a Property Delivery Analyst to join the Property team. Ideally, you have a proven track record of managing project reporting requirements, as well as providing portfolio wide reports and dashboards to inform decision making and strategic planning.

Reporting to the National Manager, Projects and Programmes, further key duties include:

- Coordinate all aspects of project delivery reporting across the Property portfolio of projects, including producing monthly dashboards, Property Steering Group packs and overseeing the governance approval process of project documentation.
- Provide project performance data and analysis to the National Manager, Projects and Programmes, to support strategic decision making and planning.
- Work with Project and Programme Managers to ensure finance and PMO reporting requirements are met.
- Manage and respond to project related OIA’s, Annual Review, Select Committee and Estimates questions.
- Support the National Manager, Projects and Programmes, to review and improve programme and project information management and communication.

- 2+ years’ experience in a project reporting environment or an equivalent role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Experience using Power BI (or similar software) and developing and presenting data reports.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining project reporting databases.
- High level of initiative and the ability to build enduring working relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong administration and delivery skills as well as an attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
