IT Support

**Job Title: IT Support**
**Location: Auckland**

**Paid fortnightly, 4 weeks annual leave, Statutory holidays, Sick and bereavement leave. Opportunities to upskill.**

**We are seeking several experienced IT support persons to provide technical support and troubleshooting for all aspects of computer hardware, network and software.**

**Design and implement new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks**
**Install, configure and support network equipment**
**Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and keeping equipment up-to-dated**
**Manage Windows server/hypervisor (Microsoft Hyper-V) from the operating system perspective**
**Server capacity management**
**Provide day to day IT support to all computer users, including but not limited to IT related trouble shooting, problem fixing, training, maintaining and etc.**
**Repair computer hardware and re-format computer software when necessary with company approval, set up the computer to company requirement and specification.**
**Record all activities accurately and timely in given format.**
**Utilize consumable goods efficiently.**
**All IT related tasks including but not limited to above.**
**Communicate positively with all staff and management.**
**Adhere to company policy, guidelines, Health and Safety Policies as well as legal requirements.**
**Always maintain a high standard of workplace cleanliness and personal hygiene.**
**Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.**
**Projects and/or special area of responsibility as delegated by the company.**
**Any other duties and tasks as reasonably requested by the company from time to time.**

**KPI**:
**Zero waste of materials.**
**Maximum 1-hour response time.**
**All records updated and/or filled within 24 hours.**
**Reporting within time required.**
**This is not a conclusive list.**

**REPORTING**:
**Immediate: Any critical or major deficiencies or malfunction identified, including but not limited to any issues effect operation, asset damage issue, Health & Safety issue, etc.**
**Daily: Work progress**
**Monthly: Improvement project, Improvement plan.**
**Any other report as and when required by the company.**

**To be considered for this position you will have the following**:
**Minimum IT Diploma level qualifications**
**Microsoft Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center qualification**
**Minimum of 2 years related experience in IT/Software/Support**
**Possess excellent leadership & teamwork abilities, and organizational skills**
**Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
