Albany Toyota is looking for a bright and enthusiastic weekend receptionist for our busy Albany Store. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer experience, a well-presented individual who learns quickly and loves to multi-task.

About you:

- Superb customer service and people skills.- Excellent telephone manner.- Microsoft excel and word proficiency.- Ability to work weekends.- Ability to multi-task.- Car industry background preferred (but not essential).- Flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave would be ideal.While previous reception experience is advantageous, we are also interested in talking to people who have proven background in customer service or hospitality.

Your duties:

- Answering incoming phone calls and overflow calls from our other branches and departments.- Greeting customers and introducing them to the different departments.- Ordering stock for kitchen supplies, stationary, coffee machine, NZTA forms etc.- Registering and re-licensing vehicles through NZTA.- Offer and make refreshments for customers.- Ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy.
