As a result of Director rotation and in accordance with the Society’s Rules regarding time served on the Board, UniMed is seeking an experienced Director to contribute specific knowledge, experience and advice in the area of business growth and marketing, change management, and related matters. Ideally you will have specific capability in contributing to and monitoring risks associated with strategic business development, spanning both organic growth and mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, including people and culture considerations. In addition, a working knowledge of ESG considerations related to social and health impact would be valuable, as well as networks in the corporate sector and with mana whenua. Applicants will also possess a broad supplementary governance skillset and a values-based and visionary approach.
