Shift Supervisor

Job Description:

- Ensuring that customers receive excellent service and addressing any complaints or concerns
- Overseeing store opening and closing procedures
- Providing and driving an exceptional customer service
- Delivering retail presentation expectations of the store
- Ensuring the store process are robust and continuously improved
- Determine and analyse competitive price of products
- Ordering and receiving merchandise, tracking inventory levels, and managing stock rotation.
- Assist in recording incoming and outgoing goods and inventory
- Assisting in managing store revenue including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to banks
- Communicate, execute and manage marketing and merchandizing programs
- Undertake the in-store marketing such as layouts,promotion and displays
- Researching and sourcing of the product
- Assist with hiring, development, and training of staff
- Creating and managing employee schedules to ensure that the store is adequately staffed
- Supervision and allocating tasks to the staff
- Ability to lead develop and motivate their team
- Ensure the staff work in safe environment and complies with OSH requirements
- Desire to lead by example on the shop floor
- Support the manager as per the requirements and able to perform the tasks during their absence

Experience/Qualification:

- NO Work experience Require but as a supervisory experience in any

industry is an advantage
- No Qualification Require.
- Able to perform the tasks independently
- Position will require weekend work, public holidays and some split shifts
- Able to work late in the evening and do the closing of the business
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Have good understanding of business development and management

Hourly wage rate - $25.00 - $30.00
