Our Cyber Security team are the guardians of our Data and Digital environment against the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats We're here to ensure the safety of Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora.

Our innovative cyber security operating model is designed to tailor the resources needed for boosting our cyber security readiness. We take care of leadership, management, delivery, and support across the board.

At the heart of our mission is managing risks associated with safeguarding our valuable information from potential threats and vulnerabilities that the health sector might encounter. By tackling these challenges together, we're addressing information risk head-on. Our efforts contribute to the health sector in multiple ways by ensuring business continuity, enhancing operational efficiency and achieving cost effectiveness. **Mōu | About you**

You will require a strong ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues both within the team and across various functions. You should be adept at fostering open communication, sharing ideas, working collectively to achieve common goals. Your capacity to bridge gaps between departments and work harmoniously with diverse groups will be essential in driving cross-functional synergy and overall organizational success.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Senior management experience in positions that required relationship management, governance, and risk management, preferably within cyber security/ technology/business/health environments.
- Experience in strategic planning and roadmap development, aligning to organisational objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Aotearoa health sector or in-depth understanding of health sector and systems (preferred).
- Proven track record in developing and managing customer/partner accounts, communications, and relationships.
- Broad experience with service delivery lifecycle and controls, including business cases, board papers, RFP's, ToR, contracts, service catalogues, service agreements, MoUs, NDAs and, risk reporting.
- Experience operating in change management roles or understanding of business change management frameworks and principles (preferred).
