**About the role**:
Our Cambridge team have an opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join the team. This is a challenging and demanding role with plenty of scope for growth and development. This role will be responsible for:

- People Leadership
- Sales leadership
- Managing installation, customer service, and heat pump servicing
- Health and Safety
- Inventory control
- Quality control
- Managing plant, vehicles and equipment

**Who we are looking for**:
You may already be an Operations Team Leader looking for the next step in your management career or you may be an experienced Branch Manager with transferable skills looking for a new challenge in a different industry.

- 3-5 years experience in a similar role in branch or franchise operations
- a diploma or trade certification (or equivalent work experience)
- the ability and willingness to travel across the wider Waikato region (clean and full NZ driver's license required)
- the ability and willingness to work flexibly (occasional work outside standard business hours may be required)
- excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate others
- an understanding of inventory control and finance operational activity
- experience using computer systems, including CRM and ERP systems
- strong knowledge of Health and Safety management
- Knowledge of HVAC is desirable
