The responsibilities for this role:

- Welcome clients to the salon and providing consultation to customers.
- Answer the phone, arrange the bookings, helping and assign the tasks for other workers.
- Monitor the online bookings and manage client records.
- Perform Manicure and Foot spa Pedicure at our standards.
- Perform nails care treatments skin exfoliation foot massage.
- Organise and disinfect manicure and pedicure tools, and ensuring that the salon is clean and tidy and meets operational standards.
- Ensure all required products and towels are well stocked
- Performing all assigned tasks and procedures effectively and in a timely manner and developing strong relationships with clients to keep them coming back.

Requirements for this role:
We do not ask for experiences but the applicant must be well trained and knowledgeable about nail and beauty industry. You need to complete the task in a timely manner at our standards. You’ll be skilled in various nail techniques that be listed above, especially Acrylic nails.We will ask you to perform a set of acrylic nails when you come for the interview.

You must have an excellent customer service. You’ll have an eye for detail that ensures every customers feels pampered and polished. Your friendly personality and excellent customer services skills will be vital in providing our customers leave happy and come back for more.

You may need to ask for help and support other worker in communication with clients and manage the bookings to ensure the best performance in the salon. So your english skill need to be really good.

You also need
- Be well presented
- Can use cuticle clipper and E-file well.
- Holding a New Zealand residency or having a permit to work in New Zealand.
