Datacom’s ERP solution is designed to simplify and automate internal business processes and provide Datacom with a single version of the truth that will help us make reliable, data-guided decisions. It provides a much clearer line-of-sight of what's happening across our entire business and one set of common tools to use. This role will be based out of our Auckland Gaunt Street office.
What you’ll do
**As Manager - ERP you will**:
- Consulting with business units to determine ERP requirements.
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues.
- Installing, configuring and integrating ERP software/apps, particularly NetSuite.
- Providing training and support for end-users.
- Designing user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
- Team reporting, day-to-day team supervision, resource planning, performance reviews, development plans, ad-hoc projects and mentoring of staff.
- Identifying opportunities to better empower the support function through training and tools to resolve client issues as quickly as possible.
- Reviewing all technical support-related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrating analytical capabilities while monitoring trends and creating reports for the purpose of delivering a plan for further success.
- Ensuring governance and risk management strategies comply with applicable legislation, commonwealth government policy, relevant standards, contract obligations and the strategic priorities of Datacom.
What you’ll bring
- Ideally 3+ years experience with NetSuite Functional Consultancy
- Preferably you'll hold a degree in IT, Computing or Accounting
- Deep and broad understanding of the business and technology strategies in which the organisation operates.
- Extensive knowledge of strategy development and implementation principles.
- Extensive knowledge across all NetSuite modules
- Exposure to financial management practices, with an understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people and teams, financial management, budget tracking and reporting.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives.
