**Job Summary**:
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing inventory, controlling costs, and enhancing financial performance.

The manager will address customer feedback, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate on menu updates. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach are essential to drive success and deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Manage and train staff, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
- Handle inventory and ordering of supplies, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain regulars.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with the chef to update and refine the menu, enhancing the dining experience with seasonal offerings.
- Resolve any operational challenges promptly to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment for guests.

**Requirements**:

- At least three years experience in F&B, preferably with managerial experience OR
- A diploma in hospitality management.
- Excellent guest interaction skills, communication skills and customer service skills.
- Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality.
