Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of our Data Centres? Join our 24/7 team to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage critical systems, all while honing your skills with the latest technologies. As a key part of our operations, you'll oversee environmental conditions, availability, diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions with our trusted vendors to ensure smooth, timely maintenance across all sites. You'll also ensure every incident request is efficiently handled and supported within SLAs, liaising between internal teams and valued customers. If you're passionate about staying at the forefront of tech advancements and contributing to best practices in data centre operations, we'd love to meet you

- The ability to challenge, think innovatively and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible. A natural affinity for collaboration and building relationships that are high in trust and influence positive outcomes.
- A strong focus on teamwork both within and across teams
- Great organisation, written, verbal communication and consultive skills
- Knowledge of data centre operations specifically mechanical, electrical and security
- Strong analytical skill with the ability to analyse and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in BMS systems (upstream to downstream), critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the data centre environment including fire safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience in network monitoring, diagnostics, trouble shooting, security and network operations
