**Your new company**
My client is a global leader in their field located in over 100 countries, they are growing in New Zealand and a brand new role has been created to support the HR Manager and NZ business.

**Your new role**
Working as part of the wider APAC HR team, you'll provide generalist support across a range of HR duties including
- Managing the P&C inbox
- Advice and support to Managers
- ER and performance management
- Supporting the TA team and advising on immigration
- Delivering training
- Policies and procedures
- Supporting the HR Manager with projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
With experience in an Advisor role, you'll have a strong working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and be comfortable working in a fast paced and varied roles.

You'll bring strong stakeholder management skills and will thrive in a role where you are able to act as trusted Advisor to Managers, coaching and supporting through various HR matters.

You'll have excellent time management and organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload to ensure demands are met. A confident attitude will see you thriving in a role where you are managing comms within the business as well as delivering high quality onboarding and training to a diverse workforce.

Experience of Successfactors would be beneficial although not essential.
