**The Baz Transport** is Looking for **Class 5 Driver.**

Keen to take your driving career further? Our drivers represent the business to our customers, so you will bring your strong work ethic and Class 5 driver’s licence to us, and we’ll support you in driving your career to wherever you want to take it

Monday and Sunday possibly day or night shifts. We operate 24-hour 7 day a week.

Minimum 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week.
$ 29 - $ 32 Per Hour.

**Job Requirement**:

- Must have a valid International class 5 driving license equivalent to New Zealand License or New Zealand Class 4 or 5.
- No Experience required full training and supervision will be provided..
- DG's or Forklift/OSH is an advantage
- Dangerous good certificate
- Able to keep our gear clean and tidy.
- Must be able to work in Floating in all over NZ- parent company will be dispatching for route and start time after a legal break time (includes night shifts and day shifts following legal rest break)
- Must be competent to use phone/tablet knowledge of navigation
- Flexible to Stay away from home for week or two weeks depending on work volume
- Metro work in Christchurch
- Starting early mornings (includes loading and unloading with forklift/manual handling)
- Set run in BOP/Waikato includes night shifts and occasionally daytime pick-ups before starting night run
- Random drug and alcohol testing
- Must be fit and healthy
- Must be reliable to travel and relocate whenever required
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
- Compleate logs and records
- Follow H & S regulations and safety standards.
- Suitable person will be trained for all 3 kind of work duties ex. Floating, metro, set run (there could be relocation with minimum notice of two weeks)

The successful applicant may be required to undertake a pre-employment drug test.
