**Full-Time Retail Assistant - Bathrooms Consultant**

Mitre 10 Mega is a trusted name in home improvement, proudly serving Kiwi communities for decades. As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate, design-savvy individual to join our Bathroom department in a full-time retail role.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Providing friendly, expert advice to customers planning bathroom upgrades
- Helping customers select the right products for their space, style, and budget
- Staying up to date with current design trends and product innovations
- Creating inspiring in-store displays that showcase our bathroom ranges
- Working collaboratively in a supportive, fast-paced retail team

**Department Highlights**

- Assisting with choice on tapware, vanities, showers, and accessories
- Advising on layout ideas, colour palettes, and product compatibility
- Supporting customers through the design journey - from concept to completion
- Helping DIYers and renovators bring their dream spaces to life

**What We’re Looking For**

- A flair for design, attention to detail and a genuine interest in home interiors
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous retail or design experience is a bonus - but we’ll train the right person
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
