**Evening Fill Manager**
PAK'nSAVE Westgate has an important leadership role within our Grocery Department.
**The role**
As our Evening Fill Manager, you will be joining the high performing team at PAK'nSAVE Westgate in this key leadership role. To execute the best possible shopping experience for our customers it is crucial that this team works well - that is where you come in
**Core responsibilities will include**:
- Support the leadership and development of a large sized team, creating future leaders for the business.
- Ensure that wage costs are controlled appropriately.
- Ensure stock rotation and availability is maintained, where out of stocks occur ensure, these are followed up and the impact minimised.
- Ensure operational delivery standards are met or exceeded.
- Contribute to recruitment decisions and analysis of department needs.
- Ensure compliance with our Food Control Plan.
- Proactively engage with Health & Safety throughout the department.
- Completion of team training, performance reviews and meetings.
**The Hours**
Monday12:30 - 22:00 (9 hours)
Tuesday 12:30 - 22:00 (9 hours)
Wednesday 12:30 - 22:00 (9 hours)
Thursday 12:30 - 22:00 (9 hours)
Sunday 12:30 - 22:00 (9 hours)
**About you**
With a focus on 'Thinking Customer', success in this role will also require.
- Retail experience as a manager in an environment with many moving parts.
- Forklift experience - reach and counterbalance.
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Able to confidently lead and motivate a diverse team.
The successful applicant will be required to work at least one weekend shift. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. Contact will only be made to successful applicants progressing into the interview stage.
