Experienced and qualifed Truck Drivers are sought to work in our busy company based in Auckland.

You will be able to show maturity and be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Must have excellent loading understanding, good interpersonal skills and able to work unsupervised.

Your key responsilities as a Truck Driver will be:

- Loading transporting and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
- Loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Handling customer enquiries answering questions and escalating any complaints.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time shedules
- Preparing reports log books and other documents relating to driving
- Keeping the vehicles clean and tidy
- You must be physically fit have a keen eye for detail and a 'Can Do Attitude'.
- You must be reliable and be able to communicate well with others.

Applicants should have good references and be a team player.

For the Truck Driver role, you must have a class 5 license or have an equal license that will allow you to drive a class 5 truck in New Zealand (we know that a conversion can take some time). You should also have at least 6 months of work experience which includes reversing and experience in hook load units and tipping. You must also know how to complete jack knifing for a truck and trailer. This is a waste run so you will need to be fine with getting dirty and have no issues with the smell from rubbish.

For these roles we are looking at a minimum of 30 hours of work per week. The minimum payrate for this role is $29.66 and the maximum payrate we are looking at is $35.
