**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Competent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Being the first point of contact for all product enquiries
- Answering customer enquiries
- Scheduling meetings and sales appointments
- Coordinating with sales representative and general manager
- Creating customer accounts in our CRM system

**The ideal skills of the person fulfilling this role include**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette and strong customer service ethic
- Attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to think on your feet and multitask as required
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Dedication to the role
- Motivation for teamwork
- Social media skills desired but not required
