We have an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded leader (maybe you are a 2IC looking to step up?) to join our Bakery team as Bakery Manager. We are looking for an all rounder, from bread to cakes to our incredible donuts, you'll know it all or be willing to learn You will work well within a small team, have high standards. You'll bring an amazing leadership style with you, that includes excellent communication, and be ready to lead the department to achieve above and beyond.

You will also know when it is time to sit down and ensure your compliance / rosters and KPI's are all on track.

**As a Bakery Manager you will**:

- Possess excellent leadership and people management skills
- Influence, develop and motivate team members to pursue excellence
- Be passionate about baking and delivering great customer service
- Maintain excellent Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
- Have a growth mindset, innovative and always looking for opportunities to improve
- Uphold quality control and attention to detail
- Be responsible for ordering and stocktaking
- Drive the business forward whilst maintaining focus on standards and overall results
- Work towards KPI’s and deadlines, ready to rise to the challenge with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Lead by example, uphold store values and be an advocate for company culture

The position is a full-time role, (Sunday - Thursday and does include early morning starts)
