we are seeking a dedicated store supervisor in our shop. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising employees, finances, and product and service quality. You may also be required to evaluate retail employees' job performance.

**Responsibilities**
- ensuring consumers receive prompt and high-quality products and services
- Responding to enquiries and complaints about products and services from consumers
- Planning and preparing work schedules and designating specific responsibilities to employees.
- Interviewing, recruiting, training, evaluating, firing, promoting, and resolving employee complaints.
- Educating employees on how to manage challenging and intricate sales procedures
- Examining returned goods and determining appropriate action; taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock; ensuring that goods and services are priced and displayed accurately; enforcing safety and security procedures.

**Minimum 30 Hours per week**
- Must be New Zealander
- Available for weekends.
- Good Communication skills.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Onehunga, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
