**Room Attendant**:

Providing high standards of room and public area
- cleaning along with providing exceptional services
- to the guests.
- Ensuring preparation for VIP arrivals of to be aware of
- VIP arrivals & arranging special amenities
- Ensuring high level of hotel foyer and entrance
- presentation is maintained at all times.
- Ensuring the rooms are cleaned as per the established
- Hotel guidelines and procedures
- Communicating guest special request to the appropriate
- department(s) and following up to make certain the
- request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guest’s
- wishes.

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Experience**:

- A good knowledge of Housekeeping systems and

procedures
- Being able to work as part of team delivering high
- standards of service
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant
