This is not an internal H&S manager role. Instead, it's a consulting position where you'll work with multiple clients to improve their workplace health and safety. You'll thrive here if you enjoy variety, client interaction, and using your expertise to make a broader impact across different industries.

**What will your typical week look like?**

You will be:

- Acting as the go-to expert for safety challenges as well as providing guidance to enhance team capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional safety solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and supporting the team execute its business development strategy.
- Developing and supporting the implementation of H&S plans, risk assessments, audits, and training programs to meet client needs.
- Building strong partnerships with clients, proactively addressing their H&S needs and ensuring long-term compliance and safety improvements.
