Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
CAMHS teams provide specialist mental health services for children and adolescents between the ages of birth and 19 years (inclusive) with indicators of significant mental health problems. If you ae the successful applicant you will become an integral part of support young people and their whanua/family. You will help provide assessments and interventions that help our client group achieve their goals. CAMHS is committed to the use of the CAPA model which is a continuous service improvement model that combines personalised care and collaborative practice when partnering with service users and/or their whanau.

Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
All community mental health teams are filled with bright dedicated clinicians. What makes us different is that we actually like each other, so create a bright and positive work space. This allows for collaboration and positive outcomes for our clients and their family.
Moū - About you
You will be a registered psychologist, have an up to date annual practicing certificate. Experience in child and youth mental health assessment and interventions would be beneficial.
