**About the Role**

We are looking for a talented and motivated **Hairdresser/Stylist** to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-standard cutting, colouring, styling, and haircare services while maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.

**What You Will Do**
- Perform all hairdressing services: cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and chemical services.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace at all times, including:

- Opening cleaning duties
- Keeping the salon tidy throughout the day
- Closing cleaning and end-of-day tasks
- Build strong customer relationships and help drive repeat business.
- Promote and recommend salon services, treatments, and retail products.
- Manage appointments and time efficiently for smooth daily operations.
- Follow salon health & safety and hygiene standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- NZ-recognised hairdressing qualification (Level 3 or 4) **or** proven industry experience.
- Strong cutting, colouring, and styling skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Reliable, positive, and professional work attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to keeping the salon clean, organised, and presentable.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in further training.
