This is an outstanding opportunity to make a valuable contribution to this successful, privately-owned Broker business.

Reporting to the CEO, the CCCO plays a key role in determining and driving business strategy from a commercial, market and client-centric perspective. You will lead the product and distribution teams, developing creative and commercial client strategies with a focus on retention of current business, brand integrity and growth.

As part of the Senior (Executive) Leadership Team, you will relish collaborating across the business to fulfil PIC’s vision, taking the company to the next level and exceeding business plan objectives. Essential to this role is your knowledge and experience of insurance products, intermediated distribution, strategic customer engagement, communications, and marketing skills to develop and maintain strong and enduring relationships with key external stakeholders of strategic importance.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Intensive financial services industry knowledge and insight, ideally in insurance broker distribution.
- Creative, strategic, and commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of success in business growth and identifying and executing new opportunities.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial services industry and practices.
- Ability to plan and anticipate for regulatory change.
- Experience in risk and compliance frameworks and knowledge of current regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
