**Environmental Health and Safety**:

- **Report any EHS hazards and unsafe conditions to managers**
- **Actively participate in risk management activities where required**
- **Comply with applicable requirements of NOV’s EHS Management System**
- **Participate and contribute to EHS Meetings in the workplace**
- **Notify supervisor/manager if you do not believe you have the necessary competencies to perform the task**
- **Raise relevant EHS issues with manager**
- **Comply with procedures for reporting & recording incidents**
- **Comply with Emergency Evacuation Procedures**
- **Ensure work is carried out in a safe manner**
- **Follow relevant safe work procedures**

**Operations**:

- Receiving and dispatch of Inventory.
- Storing & Packing of Inventory.
- Liaison with freight forwarders both incoming / outgoing.
- Local deliveries to customers in a professional manor.
- Stock control including daily cycle counting reconciliation.
- Ensuring Inventory is kept in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Ensuring stores area is kept in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
- Working closely with sales personnel, assisting with for Spare parts enquiries as required
- Liaison with all personal to insure inventory is accountable at all times.
- Responsibility to comply with QA, Health, Safety and Environmental goals of NOV and customers.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Identify and record non-conformances
- Recommend and implement corrective or preventative actions where necessary
- Advise Manager of any customer complaints
- Preserve product to the extent practical
- Follow proper invoicing practices
- Report necessary information to the QA Representative as required for the purpose of the Management Review
- Comply with travel and expense policy.
- Responsible for correct identification, selection, appropriate packing of all goods supplied from NOV warehouses to customers.
- Verifying all material received is correct according to documentation
- Ensuring all received material is marked with SAP material number and stored in the correct location
- Correct handling of products as per Handling, Storage and Protection of Products procedure.
