**About the role**:

Our high performing Otago sales team are on the hunt for an sales legend, who enjoys educating customers and had the gift of the gab.

You’ll join an ambitious, dedicated, and friendly sales team, where there is full training and ongoing support provided, to keep you sharp and on top of the game. Our current sales team continues to thrive and grow, this is an opportunity you want to be part of.

We offer competitive remuneration (base salary) along with an opportunity to earn a generous uncapped commission. This is a challenging role where you have the autonomy and flexibility to do what is needed to get the results we are looking for.

This role will see you responsible for a portfolio of customers, ranging from existing clients to new warm leads, to generating and establishing brand new relationships. We have a dedicated team of customer service consultants who generate leads and book appointments for you.

**About you**:
You will have previous experience in home-based sales, a proven success in delivering sales targets, and a hunger and desire to drive and grow our business. You will be passionate about making all kiwi homes healthier.

Exceptional communication skills, problem solving, good computer skills using Windows 365 and CRM and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.

The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the ability to smash sales targets and KPIs which we will reward you for.
