Depot Supervisor/Driver - School Term Time Only - Split Shifts to support AM and PM school runs, 30 hours per week.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Depot Supervisor/Driver to manage the daily operations of school and charter runs within the Waihi area. This role ensures smooth, punctual services on all routes and requires the incumbent to operate school runs as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Health and Safety**
- Promote safe work practices and ensure staff welfare and wellbeing.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies for compliance and support internal audits.
- Ensure contractors comply with Go Bus Transport Limited’s Health and Safety practices.

**Customer Service**
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Support schools and charters with customer and administration needs.
- Manage depot inductions for staff and contractors and keep noticeboards updated.

**Supervisory/Administrative**
- Assist staff and managers in understanding and adhering to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with GBT policies and the day-to-day operation of the depot.
- Communicate and monitor adherence to key operational/service KPIs.

**Corporate Contribution**
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, valuing staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and work practices.
- Engage with and contribute positively to the wider management team.

**School/Charter Driving**
- Attend punctually as per the roster and maintain attendance throughout the working day.
- Wear the full uniform and maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
- Keep buses clean and tidy, removing interior rubbish.

Ideally you will have a class 2 license or be willing to obtain one along with a passenger endorsement and 3 years of administrative experience. Previous experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships would be an advantage along with strong computer skills.
