Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As part of our Customer Engagement team, this person will plan, develop, execute and evaluate marketing various marketing activities. You will champion our customers, people and organisations, and experience, and comply with and extract value from our products, services, and regulatory areas.
We need someone who can work alongside team members and leaders across our organisation to enhance how customers use our services and achieve the best outcomes for our work.
The Senior Marketing Advisor will develop plans and give great quality marketing advice. You will be able to turn that advice into tangible results for both us and our customers.
We need someone to understand the organisation's strategic direction, know when to be proactive and look for opportunities to contribute to and enable the Toitū Te Whenua of the future.
The role requires someone to make informed decisions to create and run with marketing campaigns and activities. We want someone who can evaluate their effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience
- Manage virtual and in person events and sponsorship portfolios
- Manage and coordinate end to end sponsorship and event activities while working with a range of stakeholders internally and externally
- Give practical advice and ideas for marketing strategies while representing an organisation.
- Be able to adapt to customer and strategic priorities and reflect these changes in our marketing activities.
- Plan and manage your work programme and drive results by working with others to build on their skills and experience.
- Work as a trusted advisor, finding your own solutions and providing an evidence base for any recommendations.
- Deliver marketing strategies by working closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues in communications, digital and policy roles.
- Role model agile work practices.
The annual salary range for this role is $83,307 - $112,709
