CHECKOUT SUPERVISOR FOR BOTANY PAK N SAVE

Do you enjoy dealing with a variety of people on a daily basis? Here at our busiest Pak N Save Botany store we are seeking for an individual who will have commitment to excellence and strong organizational and communication skills. We like to ensure that all customers experience the highest possible standards of service whilst shopping with us.

The key responsibilities of the successful applicants include:

- Assisting the department manager in running the department.
- keeping on top of customer flow and ensuring appropriate number of checkouts are open at all times.
- Training new checkout operators as required.
- Monitoring the security often checkout and sco area at all times.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately and ensuring effective interactions with customers at all times.
- Ensuring checkout area is kept clean and tidy and all trolleys and credits are cleared away regularly to avoid any clutter or potential hazards being created.
- Responsible for upholding our legal requirements in regard to sale of Liquor Act and the sale of tobacco.
- Assisting with Lotto

- Supermarket or retail experience is an advantage.
- flexibility and being a team player is essential.

The position is full time and will include working one day in the weekend and also some night shifts. The hours and days of work will be discussed at the time of interview.
