BNZ's Corporate Strategy team plays a crucial role in setting and driving the long-term strategic ambition and supporting the development of business strategies, annual planning and strategic execution. We work closely with colleagues across BNZ and with the NAB Group.

**Te Kaiurungi | About the Role**

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will play a driving role in the development and alignment of business strategies, while supporting strategic prioritisation of investment and execution.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the setting of BNZ long-term strategic ambition and annual planning process, working closely with enterprise leaders and the Finance team
- Leading modules of work for a range of strategic and business development topics to create customer and business value, including providing research and analysis with actionable insights
- Developing recommendations that support strategic business decision making and inform pragmatic business problem solving, working with colleagues and leaders from across the business as relevant
- Injecting thought leadership into strategy development and problem solving with views of industry, customer and competitive trends and global best practices

We are looking for an experienced strategy professional who can hit the ground running.

- Strategy development experience and commercial acumen gained within a top-level consulting firm or large corporate
- Exceptional structured, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate clear insights both written and verbally to senior leaders
- Ability to think broadly and draw on personal experience, internal and external trends and best practices to drive forward thinking and analytical work
