The North Beach Coffee Shed fam is looking for a couple of legends to help us keep up with the caffeine demand We have both Part-time roles with fixed hours and casual roles (no guaranteed hours at this stage) so we will offer hours each week and you can either say yes or no - perfect for a uni student or someone looking for a bit of extra work on occasion. Most of our casual work is on the weekend but we do sometimes have weekday shifts to offer too.

We are a diverse and small team of humans, proud to deliver consistent and top-quality coffee to our customers/community. We serve hundreds of customers daily, many regulars, and lots of new faces too. We work hard, turn up for each other and enjoy healthy banter. The Shed is a pretty special place to work, with the beach out one window, smiles and friendly faces out the other, and some awesome baristas and customer service folk in between.

We’re after two types of people:

- An experienced Barista, with at least 1 year of experience, you know your way around a grinder and coffee machine. Frothing silky smooth milk brings you satisfaction and when we say the deep base of milk when it is too hot makes us cringe - you know what we are talking about.
- Someone who can woo our customers on the till so someone with customer service / front of house experience, or if you’re the right person we’ll consider even without experience but with an interest in learning.
