Located on the 20th floor of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel on Queen Street, The Churchill is one of the highest rooftop bars in New Zealand and unveils unrivalled spectacular panoramic views of the city.

We specialise in gin and cocktails, boasting nearly 200 gin styles and presenting a specially curated, unique and luxurious Winston Churchill themed cocktail menu. These highlight spirits and flavours from around the globe for even the most discerning drinker.

Guest experience is at the core of our brand. We provide a fine-dining, stylistic approach to bar service and aim to enhance every guest's experience by offering elite knowledge, service and product.

**Position Summary**:

- Greet and seat travellers, whilst explaining the outlet and exceeding their expectations
- Guide travellers through the bars and provide any assistance needed
- Assist with managing all bar bookings and enquiries whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Understand traveller requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Valid working visa for New Zealand
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
