Casual Positions Available

We are on the hunt for capable, customer focused individuals who will provide support to our 24/7 Service Hub team.

**Your duties will include**:
Frontline service desk and customer support
Ticket logging and management
Monitory and responding to alarms
Customer Relationship Management
Problem solving

**Skills and Experience you will bring**:
Strong customer service skills
Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow processes
An ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple demands and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills; approachable, patient, and able to express empathy
Experience working in a Customer Service or Service Desk environment beneficial but not essential
