**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team located in NZ. We are open to location for the right individual.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing products and services competitive positioning to reach share, volumes and profitability objectives through an appropriate marketing strategy for the CNHI brands into the New Zealand market.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Driving all marketing related activities to contribute to dealer and customer satisfaction with the product, service and technology.
- Driving the coordination of all product and sales staff to ensure consistent messaging and positioning of CASE IH & New Holland.
- Managing the creating of annual and long-term brand strategies, plans and tactics.
- Managing and planning incentives programs to drive business results.
- Contributing to shaping the key customer needs and lead the design of the offerings.
- Ensuring pricing and position effectively supports the offerings
- Overseeing the planning of new model releases and other company events.
- Coordinating SG&A expenses for promotion and team budgets.
- Working with partner agencies such as creative, media and PR.
- Managing and executing on NZ based field day events and network conferences.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with demonstrated success in marketing strategy, new product introductions and market expansion.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
- Experience in a B2B and/or dealer network environment.
- Solid campaign and budget management experience
- A strong collaborator
- Flexibility to travel when required
- A local knowledge of AG NZ market would be highly regarded
