Pak'nsave Westgate

**We're looking for a part time supervisor to join our Checkout Department.**

**The role**

As a Checkout Supervisor you'll be responsible for the day to day running of our Checkout Department, leading the team of operators, with the support of the Checkout Managers and Supervisory team to provide excellent customer service.

Core responsibilities will also include:
Assisting Checkout Operators with transactions, troubleshooting and customer enquiries that may have been passed on to you.
- Managing daily rosters including break schedules.
- Maintaining store standards and presentation throughout the day.
- Involvement and ownership of store initiatives such as the Christmas Club membership drive.
- Assist with price integrity by reporting any pricing errors to the relevant department.
- Resolving any curly customer enquiries and complaints.
- Following all applicable Food Safety procedures.

**About you**

With a focus on 'Thinking Customer', success in this role will also require.

Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks as they arise.

Commitment to excellence and strong organisational and communications skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.
- A desire to add value to our customers shopping experience.
- Ability to commit to the rostered shifts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills - with a desire to engage meaningfully with the rest of the team.
- Able to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment where speed and safety are equally important.

**Hours for the role**:
Friday 17:00 - 22:15 (4.45)

Saturday 17:00 - 22:15 (4.45)

(9.5 hours a week)
