We’re seeking for a Class 5 Driver (Night Shift) to join our great team in our Heavy Haulage Transport Department. Reporting out of the Operations Yard based out of Mount Wellington, Auckland.

In this role, you will be transporting heavy and over dimension pieces of construction equipment and products across Auckland, which can also at times include long haul travel outside of Auckland to support the good work do across our infrastructure projects.

In addition to the above you will:

- Follow job briefs and directed instructions to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Conducting a daily Vehicle Condition report and maintain a daily logbook
- Operate a range of plant machinery on an off the transporter truck
- Conduct appropriate pre-start checks and ongoing load checks
- Comply with transport rules and regulations as well as with company H&S policies and procedure
- Build and maintain relationships with our valuable stakeholder

We’re looking for someone with:

- Must hold a minimum Class 5 NZ driver’s licence
- Must have a minimum 3 years’ experience driving on a Class 5 licence
- Hold a WTR endorsement is preferred, with experience operating civil plant machinery
- Able to operate arrange of plant, Roller, Loader, Excavator is required
- Prior experience in a similar role within Heavy Haulage or Civil Infrastructure is ideal
- Able to work Nights Shifts which is from 5pm - 5.am approximately
