**We are looking for a Production Team Member, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.**

**What you can expect to do in this role**:

- Use specialised processes and hi-tech equipment to prefabricate all types of trusses, frames, beams, and rafters to meet both domestic and commercial requirements.
- Ensure all products meet Mitre 10’s high standards by performing regular quality checks and adhering to production specifications.
- Work with a ‘One Team’ approach, collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow safe work practices and comply with site Health & Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials, to support the production process.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
